1) Digital Wall
Settings > Operations > Digital Wall > Create Digital Wall > Select if it is for "Front" of house or "Back" of house
Next, you will set it up for what type of service area you are looking for (services, Memberships (paid add-ons), Group/training (paid add-on), and then you can isolate by each
Service categories by
- Staff Based
- Capacity Based
- Lodging Based
Memberships & Training/Group
- Will display all the memberships or training services
2) Configure Wall
Actions > Configure Wall > Wall Layout > Configure (This is where you will show how long the pet name will display and the number of dogs you will see by columns)
Example:
"Check-in > Configure" Dogs that are currently being checked in by the front desk (When they hit the check-in button) it will display this dog's name on the Digital White Board.
"Check Out" > Configure" Dogs that are currently being checked out by the front desk (When they hit the check-out button) it will display this dog's name on the Digital White Board.
"Check in/Out Now"> Configure" Dogs that are currently being checked out by the front desk (When they hit the check-out button) it will display this dog's name on the Digital White Board.
