RunLoyal – Daily Snapshot Guide

Note: Use a desktop or laptop with Google Chrome for the best experience.

Overview of Daily Snapshot

• Categories of areas where dogs will be checked-in.

• Ability to rearrange the order of areas based on preference.

Navigation

• Click on Daily Snapshot.

• Use the day navigation feature to view a specific date.

  • Options include: Previous Day, Next Day, and Calendar-based navigation.

• The appointments for the selected date will be displayed.

Appointment Sorting

• Click on Arriving under a service to sort appointments by arrivals.

• Click on Checked In to view pets currently checked in.

• Click on Checked Out to view pets that have checked out.

• You can also search pets by name for easier usability.

Easy Check-In

• Click on Easy Check-In.

• Choose either Select First 5 Appointments or Select First 10 Appointments.

• To customize:

  • Remove pets by clicking the “X” next to their names.

  • Add pets by searching for them manually.

• Once ready, click Check-In to complete.

Handling Multiple Dogs

• Displaying appointments for multiple dogs.

• Highlighting dogs out of immunizations or unsigned agreements.

Invoice and Next Day Toggle

• Direct access to the invoice screen when checking out.

• Option to toggle to the next day for viewing dogs.
