Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser
All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop.
Calendar Drag and Drop
In Calendar, for lodging-based appointments, you can move pets among different units irrespective of their service assignment in Visual Map, with an option to update the invoice to reflect the pricing.
Click on "Calendar".
Within the Calendar, click on the "Lodging" section.
Move the Appointment
3. Locate the checked-in appointment you want to modify. Drag and drop the appointment into the desired room.
Choose Day(s) to Modify
4. Decide whether to change the room assignment for a specific day or for all current and future days. Select the appropriate option.
Update Services and Invoice (Optional)
5. If needed, adjust any services associated with the new room. Choose whether to update the invoice immediately or not.
6. Click the "OK" button to finalize the room assignment change.
7. The appointment now reflects the modified room assignment for the selected day(s).
View Invoice (Optional)
8. If you updated the invoice, click on the overflow menu (three dots).
9. Select "View Invoice".
10. The invoice will display the updated room information, as well as any changes in quantity and amount.
Check Runcard in To-Do Menu
11. Navigate to the "To-Do" section and click on the runcard for the moved appointment.
12. Verify that the runcard displays the updated room for the modified day(s), while retaining the original room for any unchanged days.
Verify Daily Snapshot
13. Access the "Daily Snapshot" feature. Confirm that the pet's newly assigned room is accurately reflected.
