Managing External Reviews in RunLoyal:
All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop using Google Chrome.
Adding a New Review:
Navigate to Settings in your staff portal.
Under Settings, click on Promotions.
Select External Reviews.
Use the Add button to create a new external review.
Adding Review Details:
Review Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name for this review source (e.g., Google Review).
Review Link: Paste the external website link where your reviews are displayed.
Star Rating: Choose the minimum star rating required.
If you select 4 stars, only customers rating 4 stars and above will be prompted to post their review externally.
Review Options:
Prompt the above link after the user provides the below rating in RunLoyal: Customers leave their review internally first; only those meeting the chosen rating will be prompted to share externally (e.g., Google Reviews).
Send the customer directly to the external review site: All customers will be sent to the external platform, without filtering.
Save: Click Save once all details are entered.
Requesting Reviews During Checkout:
While checking out a pet, check the Request Review option to prompt the pet owner for an external review.
Proceed with the checkout process as normal.
Pet Owner Review Process:
Review Email: After the service, the pet owner receives an email with a Write Review button that directs them to the external review platform.
Review Details: On the external site, the pet owner can select a star rating, write their review, and choose whether to display their name publicly.
Submit Review: The pet owner submits their review on the external platform.
Google Review Option:
Pet owners can click the Google Review button in the popup.
The system automatically copies their written review so they can paste it into Google’s review form.
Posting to Google:
Pet owners select a star rating, paste their review, and click Post.
Google requires the customer to be logged into a Google account. If already logged in on their device, this happens automatically.
