Setting Up Recurring Appointments in RunLoyal
Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser.
Access Customer Profile:
Search for the associated customer profile and select the pet owner name.
Enable Recurring Appointment:
Click on the dropdown trigger and select Recurring Appointment.
Select the associated pet name.
Click on the associated pet service (e.g., Daycare), then the appropriate service type.
Select Recurrence Days and Frequency:
Choose the specific days you would like the recurring appointment to fall under each week (e.g., Mon for every Monday).
Type in the number “1” for it to recur weekly.
You can select any number of weeks, but 1 is suggested for weekly recurrence.
Set Start and End Date:
Select the associated start date and start time if required.
Click on “At this specific date” to specify an end date (e.g., 12/19/2023 for one year).
Alternatively, you can select “after this number of appointments” and input a specific number.
Assign Slots and Area:
Click on “Get Slots” and assign an area of your choice.
The same area will be used for every appointment in the series.
Finalize and Refresh Appointments:
Once everything is finalized, select Add Appointment to create.
Click on the Refresh button (located near the Add Appointment button) to populate all your appointments.
Depending on how many recurring appointments exist, it may take some time for the data to populate.
All recurring appointment series will show a refresh circle next to the associated appointment.
