Navigating RunLoyal: How to Use the Waitlist Feature

RunLoyal – Managing Waitlist Appointments

(Staff Portal – Use Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop for settings-related updates)

Steps (7)

  1. Go to the pet owner’s profile and click on the green check mark under the "Pending/Requested" appointment (as you would when confirming).

  2. To place the appointment on the waitlist, check the box Add to Wait List and then click Confirm.

    • Note: You do not need to select an assignment for waitlisted appointments.

  3. A reminder will appear. Click OK to acknowledge, then select Confirm.

  4. The appointment status will change from Pending to Waiting List.

  5. To view waitlisted appointments, go to the Calendar tab and toggle Show Wait List at the top.

  6. Waitlisted appointments appear at the bottom of the calendar. When ready, click on the pet owner’s name to open the confirmation screen.

  7. Select an assignment, then click Update & Confirm or Update & Check In. The status will update from Waiting List to Confirmed or Checked In.
