RunLoyal Staff Portal – Pet Profile Management

Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser.
All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop.

How to Block and Unblock a Pet Profile:

• Type tink in the search bar

• Click on Tink

• Click on Block

• Confirm by clicking on Block again

• Click on Unblock

• Confirm by clicking on Unblock again

How to Mark a Pet as Deceased:

• Click on Edit

• Select Mark Deceased

• Click on Date of Death

• Choose the appropriate date (e.g., 16)

• Click on Submit

• The profile will now show as (DECEASED)

How to Delete a Pet Profile:

• Click on Delete

• Type delete in the confirmation field

• Click on Delete

• Click on OK

• The pet profile will now be shown as DELETED

How to Restore (UnDelete) a Pet Profile:

• Click on UnDelete

• Confirm by clicking on UnDelete again

• Click on OK

• The pet profile is now restored
