RunLoyal Bark: Automated Promotions for Your Pet Owner App

Overview

RunLoyal Bark is a new feature that lets kennel owners easily create and manage promotional messages within the Pet Owner App. These messages can be triggered by specific user actions or events, helping you communicate updates, offers, and reminders more effectively.

1. Navigate to Settings > Promotions > RunLoyal Bark as shown below.

2. Click on +Create New Bark on the top right corner

3. Select the Target Platform and when the message should appear. Click Next once completed

4. You can write your own message or use ScoutAI to generate one automatically. Once you have customize the look and message, click Next.

5. You can schedule when the message gets send to your customers. Click Create once completed.
