How to Create and Send AI-Enhanced Pet Report Cards

You can now create and send beautiful, personalized pet report cards enhanced with Scout AI.
This feature allows you to beautify pet photos, summarize their day with AI-generated notes, and instantly share the report card with pet owners — all in just a few clicks.

Below is an example of an AI-enhanced pet report card generated using Scout AI.

Steps

1. Go to the Report Card Menu
Navigate to the Report Card section in your RunLoyal staff portal.

2. Click Smart Update
Click Smart Update to quickly add notes for pet owners.
This will automatically beautify pet photos using Scout AI and prepare a ready-to-send report card.

3. Switch to Fullscreen View
Click Fullscreen for a better and wider workspace when editing report cards.

4. Apply Filters for Pets
Choose which pets to include in your report card:

Specific Pets – Select individual pets manually.
All Checked-in Pets – Include all pets checked in for the day.
Filter by Services – Select pets by service type (e.g., Boarding, Daycare).
Filter by Membership – Select pets under specific memberships.

5. Select Pet Images
Choose images from the gallery or directly from your device.

6. Beautify Pet Photos with Scout AI
Click the Scout AI button at the bottom of the pet’s image to enhance it using AI.

7. Use the AI Prompt Field
Click the Type Instructions to Generate AI Media field,
or use the Prompt Library to choose a pre-made enhancement prompt.

8. Beautify and Continue
Click Beautify the Pet, then click Save & Continue to move forward.

9. Search for the Pet
Use the Search Pets or Owners field to find the pet whose report card you want to update.

10. Select the Pet from the List
Select the pet to update their image and notes in the report card.

11. Add Report Card Notes
Under Report Card Notes, you can:

Add a Summary Text – a short message summarizing the pet’s day.
Add Category Notes – update sections like playtime, meals, or behavior.
You can also use Scout AI to automatically generate or refine these notes.

12. Use the General Text Field
In the General Text field, type your custom notes or click Generate with Scout AI to make them more descriptive and engaging.

13. Add Notes to the Report Card
Click Add to Report Card to include the updated notes and enhanced images.

14. Confirm and Review
Click OK to save.
The report card will now display the beautified pet photo and updated notes.

15. Send the Report Card
Once you’re happy with the updates, click Save & Send.
Pet owners will receive the finalized report card with the enhanced photo and personalized notes.

You can make your report cards even more engaging by using Scout AI prompts like:

“Brighten the background and make the pet look playful.”
“Add soft lighting and a warm tone.”
“Highlight the pet’s eyes and smooth the fur.”
