We have two ways to set up pricing tags
1- Owner Price Tag - When this is set up and added to the owner, it will be a discount off the total invoice regardless of what pet is booked on that reservation.
Example: A 12% Price tag is entered on the Pet Owner's profile It will give the total off of the total invoice for the services selected whether there is one pet or two pets it will give 12% off the total invoice for the services selected.
Settings > Pricing > Price Tags > Drop down, Pet Owner > Add Price Tag
Next Step
Settings > Pricing > Price Engine >Add new Rule > Name the pricing Rule that will show up on the invoice when applied.
Next
Dropdown > Pets Owners Price tag > in > select the price tag you created above for the pet
Service Category > in > any service Category you want the discount to apply to
Service > in > any main service you want to select
Optional
Add on Services > in > Select all that apply
Then
Select amount or percentage > Decrease or increase > amount to decrease by
Save
2- Pet Price Tag - When you go to the pet's profile and add the price tag to the pet it will get the discount at the pet's profile. So if one pet gets a discount and the other one does not this is what you would use.
Settings > Pricing > Price Tags > Drop down, Pet > Add Price Tag
Next Step
Settings > Pricing > Price Engine >Add new Rule > Name the pricing Rule that will show up on the invoice when applied.
Next
Dropdown > Pets Price tag > in > select the price tag you created above for the pet
Service Category > in > any service Category you want the discount to apply to
Service > in > any main service you want to select
Optional
Add on Services > in > Select all that apply
Then
Select amount or percentage > Decrease or increase > amount to decrease by
