Here is a video to explain Service Configuration to begin to set up your services.

Service set up section

After you set up your services, please watch videos for Business Hours, Holiday Hours, Visual Map Staff, Staffing Calendar, and Notifications. Along with those areas you will want to visit the Pricing tab and Pricelist

If you do discounts for Multi pets you will want to visit under Pricing, Price Engine, Peak Days/Late/Early Drop off and Pricing Tags.

Service fee would also be beneficial under the Pricing tab to gain back some or all of your credit card fees and pass it to your customers as a service fee.
