Configuring Global Business Hours

Updating Global Business Hours for Multiple Services

Use this guide if you have multiple services and want to update all of them to the same business hours at once.


Important: Changes are final once saved and cannot be reverted automatically. To modify, you will need to either:

  • Update the global business hours again, or

  • Adjust each individual service tab manually


Access Business Hours 

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Business Hours.


 Edit Global Business Hours

  1. Go to the Global Business Hours tab and select the date/time you want to edit.

  2. Adjust the business hours as needed.

    • Choose Only for this Saturday or Every Saturday if you want the change to repeat weekly.

    • Click Apply to finalize.

    • Repeat for each day of the week if necessary.

    • Selecting the Every option for each day will automatically update future dates.


Apply to Individual Services

  1. Once all global business hours are set, open each individual service tab.

  2. Checkmark the Apply global business hours option to update that service.

    • Click Yes to confirm.

    • Repeat this step for each service tab you want to update.


Confirm Changes

  1. Updated business hours will now appear in each individual service tab.

Note: To make future changes, either adjust each service tab individually or repeat the process in the Global Business Hours tab to update multiple services at once.
