How to set up Cameras

Understanding the Camera Setup Feature

1. Access Camera Settings:

   • Navigate to the Settings section of the software.

2. Configure "Visual Map" Under Business setup Tab :

   • Verify that the visual map displays the services you want set up in the desired Rooms "Units" (e.g., daycare, boarding).

   • Confirm that the services are assigned to the correct rooms.

   • Ensure same family or allow any pet from any family is selected for your set up.

3. Open Camera Map Under the "Camera Tab:

   • Go to the Camera tab and select Camera Map.

   • Ensure all rooms are displayed as per the visual map.

   • If applicable, add the camera service as an add-on (e.g., $5 for daycare or boarding).

   • Ensure the add-on is linked to the appropriate service selections for activation.

4. Input Kennel Numbers:

   • Provide the kennel numbers for the rooms to the backend team for setup, usually is completed by our tech team.

5. Set Up Camera Access:

   • Click on the camera icon for each room to configure camera settings.

   • Choose between Public Access (anyone can view) or Private Access (only checked-in dogs’ owners can view).

6. Define "Camera Hours":

   • In the hours section, set the operational hours for each kennel room.

   • Optionally, apply global business hours if they are the same for all rooms.
