1. Accessing Custom Pricing by breed, weight or size by service

  • Navigate to: Settings > Pricing > Custom Pricing

2. Selecting Pet Type

  • Choose the breed (e.g., cat or dog) for which you want to create a price list.

  • Specify the size of the pet.

3. Adding Custom Pricing

  • Click on Add Custom Pricing.

  • Select the service category (e.g., Grooming).

  • Note: Each service and category must be set individually due to varied pricing.

4. Setting Up Breed and Weight

  • For Breed Pricing:

    • Select the desired breed (you can search for it).

    • Optionally, select multiple breeds.

  • Set a weight limit if applicable.

  • You can repeat the process for different weight limits.

5. Inputting Size and Price

  • Specify the size of the pet in the system.

  • Enter the price for the service.

6. Auto-Apply Option

  • If you want the price to automatically apply to the invoice:

    • Select the auto-apply button.

    • Note: If not selected, you will need to manually add the pricing by clicking the plus sign on the invoice.

7. Viewing Services

  • After toggling the auto-apply option, an icon will appear indicating it's active.

  • All services will be displayed with their names.

8. Filtering Services

  • Use the filter button to narrow down services:

    • Select the desired service category.

    • Optionally, filter by a specific service within that category.

  • Hit filter to view only the selected category or service.
