Note: Use Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop.

• Create a pricing rule to determine different rates and services it should be mapped to.

• Navigate to: Settings → Pricing → Peak Days / Late / Early Drop Off → Add New Rule

Based on Scheduled Hours – Late Pick-Up Fee (Option 1)

Configure your pricing rule by determining the following factors:

• Create Pricing Name, e.g., Daycare Late Pickup Fee (1–30 mins)

• Select the service category, e.g., Daycare

• Select the service type, e.g., Full Daycare, Half Daycare

  • Create separate rules per service if pricing differs, or select multiple services in one rule

• Select "Actual Check Out Time" is "After Scheduled Check Out Time"

• Select "Actual Check Out Time (Minutes)" for the desired timeframe, e.g., 1–30 mins

  • Timeframes can be adjusted by total minutes (e.g., 2 hours = 120 minutes)

• Choose "Increase price by" or "Decrease price by"

• Enter the % or $ amount and save the rule

  • You can adjust price as needed

Based on Clock Hours – Late Pick-Up Fee (Option 2)

Configure your pricing rule by determining the following factors:

• Create Pricing Name, e.g., Daycare Late Pickup (Between 8 AM – 9 AM)

• Select the service category, e.g., Daycare

• Select the service type, e.g., Full Daycare, Half Daycare

  • Create separate rules per service if pricing differs, or select multiple services in one rule

• Select "Actual Check Out Time (Clock Hours)" is between "0800 to 0900" (Military Time)

• Enter the % or $ amount and save the rule

  • You can adjust price as needed

Applying the Late Pick-Up Fee

• Once an appointment falls within the late pick-up timeframe, the associated invoice will display a new tab.

• The pricing rule will automatically appear.

• Note: The fee will not show on the invoice until the selected timeframe occurs.
