When you need to add a package to a customer's account at zero cost, and then need to adjust the count or the expiration date. Below will show you how to complete these steps.
Go to Quick Check out and type in the owner's last name in the quick checkout search section and select. Purchase the package and then hit coupon/adjust. You will want to put a count of 1 in and a negative number if you are trying to zero out the invoice to put it on the customer's account
Add a negative balance in which is the total balance due. (i.e. -175.35 for this example)
Then go to the pet parents account and select the edit icon
After you hit the "yes update," you will then be able to update the expiration date if you have one, and the quantity if that is what you need to do as well. A note is required I recommend employees be mandated to put their name so you can always see who adjusted the package count. Then hit save.
