You can adjust the package expiration under settings > Retail > Packages, and clicking the edit button and clicking ok. then adjust the expire date and update. This will only effect package purchages going forward not packages that are already applied to a customers account.
Now customers that have a package on their account already you can adjust the date if you would like by going to the pets profile under packages and click on the box with the pencil icon. click yes update, adjust the expire date and save.
You will be able to see Packages that customers have under PawMetrics. If you type in the search bar under pawmetric the word "packages" you will see a few options that you may want to see.
