Here are the steps to reviewing Notifications that go out to the customer

Access Notification Preferences 0:00

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Business Setup.

  • Click on Notification Preferences.


2. Review Notification Options 0:16

  • On the right side, observe the different notification areas.

  • On the left side, choose notification delivery methods: Pet Owner App, Email, or SMS.


3. Edit Notification Messages 0:46

  • Locate the notification labeled Agreement, Need to Sign.

  • Click the edit box to customize the message for the selected delivery method.


4. Set Custom Reminders 1:37

  • Go back to Notification Preferences.

  • Add up to three custom reminders for service areas.


5. Configure Reminder Details 2:14

  • Select the service area (e.g., Boarding).

  • Choose the number of days before the reminder (e.g., 2 days).

  • Note: This will overwrite previous settings in service configuration.


6. Define Reminder Messages 3:10

  • Input custom messages for each reminder (e.g., 2-day, 4-day, 7-day).

  • Use hashtags to auto-fill business information.


7. Save Reminder Settings 4:13

  • After filling in all details, click Next or Save to create reminders.


8. Verify Reminder Setup 4:21

  • Check the list of custom service-based reminders displayed below.


9. Adjust Notification Settings for Testing 5:15

  • Ensure all notifications are turned off during initial testing.

  • Update settings to turn notifications on as needed.
