How to Customize Appointment Reminder Emails in Notification Preferences

Notification Preferences Setup

Note: All settings-related items must be updated on a desktop or laptop using Google Chrome.

  • Select Settings.

  • Click on Notification Preferences.

  • Click the edit/pencil icon to add a custom message.

  • Type a custom message based on your needs.

    • Messages can be for app notifications, email, or SMS reminders.

    • You can include auto-variables such as pet owner name, appointment start date, etc., to personalize messages.

  • Click Update to finalize changes
