Walkthrough of the Pet Owner App (Home Screen)

Below is a guide that you can send to customers on a walkthrough on how to use the pet owner app. If your facility does not have any of the below setups copy and paste this document into a Google Doc to sent to your customers a simplified version that matches your setup. 


Pet Owner App - Home Screen

Make an appointment - You can make an appointment on the pet owner app either through finding the service you are looking for in the boxes in green under the "Make an Appointment" tab. (colors of these boxes will change based on the facilities logo colors). 


Or my click on your pet under the "My Pets" tab>clicking on request appointment.



Open Invoices - You may see an open invoice box with pending balances due. You can press the red pay button to pay for these invoices and to get more details on these charges. Please contact the facility




Bundled experiences -  If the facilities has them setup bundle service together for simpler scheduling or discounts. 


Once you select a bundle you will get to see what this package includes if you want to proceed with the purchase. 



-Packages and Memberships - You will either see packages and memberships at the top or bottom of your screen (depending on how the facility has this setup). Once you click the box for package you will be brought to a list of all of their available packages to purchase.




You will be able to see which services are included, how many days, expiration dates, and the price.





I'm Here - You can let the facility that you are booking with know that you are on your way to pick up your pet. If you allowed location services to the app it will give the facility an estimated arrival. Select the "I am here" button at the bottom right of the app and fill in if you are picking up or dropping off, your parking spot number, and the color of your car.
