Require phone number on pet owner app

Under settings>operations>personalization>select the pet owner app tab>In the top left corner change the category to "Pet owner".

Under the phone number rows select all that you want required. Please note that this is going to be a soft requirement. Per requirements we cannot force the pet owner to fill in their phone number so we will display the option in these places, but cannot force them to fill this in.
