Product Inventory Setup in RunLoyal

How to Add Category:

1. Click on CATEGORY.

2. Click on Add Category.

3. Enter a Category Name (e.g., Collars, Leashes), add the Tax Percentage and a Description.

4. Hit Save.

How to Add Vendor:

• Identify who you purchase products from.
• Create a new vendor by clicking Create.
• Fill in the required fields (vendor name, email, rep name, email).
• Save the information, even if not all fields are complete.

How to Add Manufacturer:

1. Define who makes the products (e.g., Primal Food).
2. Click Create to add a new manufacturer and fill in the necessary information.

How to Add Products to the Product Inventory:

1. Click on PRODUCT INVENTORY.

2. Add Inventory Details.

3. Click Save to add inventory.

4. To add a product to an invoice, open the invoice and click the Add Product green button. Select Product Inventory.

5. Add products to cart – adjust Quantity if applicable and use the Checkbox to add to cart.

6. Done! The invoice will include the selected items, and you can proceed to checkout.

Printing Labels:

• Ability to print labels and generate QR codes for products.

Purchasing Process:

• Navigate to Quick Checkout.
• Enter the owner's name to create an invoice.
• Select products and confirm inventory levels.
• Process payment and close the invoice.
• You can also purchase retail on any open invoice for an apptment

Adding Products Manually:

• Option to add a product manually by entering name, quantity, price, and tax.

Generating Retail Reports:

• Access Paw Metrics on the left sidebar.
• Search for "Retail" to find various retail report options.
• Pull reports to view purchases, adjustments, and refunds.
