RunLoyal – Report Card Setup & Sending
Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser.
(All settings-related updates must be done on a desktop or laptop.)
Open Report Card – Locate and click on the Report Card menu.
Enter Edit Mode – Click the Edit icon (pencil symbol).
Select Activities – Choose activities to report on (e.g., behavior towards humans, eating habits, daily activities).
Save & Send – Click Save & Send to finalize and deliver the report.
Confirm – A prompt will confirm “Report card saved and sent successfully.” Click OK.
Verify Sent Report – Go to the Sent section in Report Card to view what was delivered to the pet owner
