RunLoyal Bulk Tax Update:

Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser.
All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop.

This feature allows you to update/edit your tax pricing to multiple services all at once.

How to Access the Pricing Section and Select Price List:

1. Click on "Settings."

2. Click on "Pricing."

3. Click on "Price List."

4. To update tax for an existing price list: Click on either an Active or Draft Price List.

5. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the service category you would like to update.

6. Click on "Bulk Tax Update."

Selecting Tax Update Scope:
7. Specify whether services and add-ons are updated together for the chosen service category, or update services only / add-ons only. Then, enter the tax amount percentage.
8. Click on "Update" to finalize.
9. Click on "OK" to exit.

Once updated, the new tax percentage will apply to all of the associated services and/or add-ons displayed in the selected service category.
