Creating and Applying Dynamic Pricing Rules

Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser.
All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop.

Setting Up Dynamic Pricing Rules:

1. Navigate to Settings.

2. Click on Pricing.

3. Click on Dynamic Pricing.

4. Rule Name: Assign a clear and descriptive name to your rule (e.g., Boarding Discount for Weekdays or Daycare Price Increase for Full Capacity).

5. Service Selection: Choose the specific service configuration and services this rule will apply to.

6. Booking Day Range: Define the timeframe for booking application. Click on Booking Day (in Days) and select the desired range of days.

7. Click on Add Rule.

8. Capacity Threshold: Click on Filled Capacity (%) to establish a rule based on capacity.

9. Price Adjustment: Choose between a percentage or a specific amount for the price adjustment. Decide whether the price should increase or decrease based on reaching the capacity threshold, and enter the value.

10. Save the Rule: After configuring all conditions and adjustments, click on Save to finalize the creation of your dynamic pricing rule.

Applying Dynamic Pricing:
11. Applicable Appointment: When an appointment meets all the conditions defined in your rule (e.g., weekday boarding at full capacity), proceed to the invoice for that appointment.
12. Activate Dynamic Pricing: Locate the toggle for your dynamic pricing rule on the invoice and turn it ON.
- Price Change: Once activated, the adjusted price will be reflected on the invoice.
