Digital Wall

Modified on Thu, 5 Feb at 4:17 PM

Overview

The Digital Wall displays pet check-in and check-out details on any internet-enabled TV. To set up, the business can install an internet-enabled TV in staff areas. When a pet owner is dropping off or checking out, the front desk selects a queuing button that indicates the specific pet is entering or exiting the facility. This sends a real time message to the TV, alerting runners or staff to bring a pet to the front or retrieve a pet for pickup.

The Digital Wall workflow eliminates the need for walkie talkies or shouted messages and reduces the risk of customers overhearing internal communication they should not hear. Basic Digital Wall supports one screen and focuses solely on check in and check out efficiency. The Advanced Digital Wall is a paid add-on that allows multiple walls that are mapped to differen services such as daycare yard, boarding kennels, etc., allowing teams to manage higher volume with less confusion.

To upgrade from Basic Digital Wall to Advanced Digital Wall, please contact puppylove@runloyal.com.
