When you start to use Dynamic Notes for Feeding, Medication, or Invoicing you will be able to set up what your staff can select and fill out as a staple setting. You will go to Settings > Operational > Dynamic Notes
From there you will select which area you want to set up by selecting the subject field you would like to set up. and the "Add Note"
When you hit "New Note"
When you create your options you also have a drop-down carrot to create options to use under that heading.
You can select Radio, Check box, label, Drop Down, Text options
You can set up Alerts to go out to a Staff Group.
Media - Add a picture if necessary.
Color.
Below is where you will be able to see it on the invoice. You can hit the "add notes" to fill out the above setup sections
The last step in the process is to have the employee leave a note on the example set up for an invoice for the employee to select the option they want. I selected Label in this example for you.
The below example is for a Dropdown selection.
