Dynamic Notes Setup and Usage in RunLoyal
Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser. All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop.
Preparation: How to Set Up Dynamic Notes in Settings:
Click on Settings.
Select Operations.
Choose Dynamic Notes to access the feature.
Creating a Dynamic Note:
Click the Add Note button.
Enter a descriptive Name for the note (e.g., Post-Feeding, Food Preparation).
Choose the Field Type (Radio Button, Check Box, Label, Drop Down, or Text).
Click Enable Media to allow photos or videos.
Choose a Color to visually distinguish the note.
Click Add to save the new note.
Define Specific Choices for the field (e.g., Ate All, Ate Some, Refused).
Click Save to finalize choices.
Repeat for other note types, such as Medication (Administered All, Partially Administered, Refused).
Using Dynamic Notes with a Run Card for an Appointment:
Book an appointment for a pet as usual.
After creating the appointment, go to the To-Do Menu and select Feeding.
Choose the Run Card for that appointment.
Click on the Feeding column where you want to add notes.
Click Open to display note options.
Select the relevant option (e.g., Ate All, Refused).
For Medication, repeat the same process under the Medication column.
Click Open to display options.
Select the correct status (Administered All, Partially Administered, Refused).
Click Save to finalize the notes.
Viewing Dynamic Notes:
You will now see the full run card with the Feeding and Medication notes you added.
Using Dynamic Notes in an Invoice:
Navigate to the Invoice History Menu.
Search for and open the desired invoice.
Scroll down to the Dynamic Notes section.
Click Add Notes.
Enter the specific notes and click Save.
The notes will appear under invoice details, including date, time, and the staff member who added them.
