Introduction to Quick Checkout
Quick Checkout can be used for buying packages, membership services, and retail.
Creating an Invoice
Enter the owner's name and select the owner for whom you want to create an invoice.
Add memberships, products, e-gift cards, or packages to the invoice.
Adding Products and Packages
Manually add products or select from available packages.
Option to auto-renew packages upon expiry.
Applying Discounts and Payments
Apply credits, coupons, manual adjustments, or gift cards.
Send the invoice for payment or as a deposit.
Payment Process
Record full payment or handle overbalance by adding credit to the account.
View invoice details and history after payment.
Setting Dynamic Notes
Set up staple questions for staff to answer during the checkout process.
Dynamic notes can be customized under settings for different sections like feeding, medication, and invoice structure.
Closing the Invoice
Once the invoice is complete, remember to hit close to finalize the transaction.
Open invoices can be viewed in the Open Invoice History section and should be deleted if not needed.
