SOP: Creating Packages for Services
Objective
To create packages for services in the system, allowing customers to purchase bundled services at a discounted rate.
Key Steps
Access the settings on the left-hand sidebar.
Navigate to the retail tab and select packages.
Click on "Create Package" to begin.
Enter the package name, description, service category, services included, price, and expiration date.
Assign quantities for each service included in the package.
Set the expiration date for the package (recommended at least 365 days).
Specify the price, tax rate, start date, and end date (if applicable) for the package.
Choose whether the package auto-renews or not.
Decide if the package should be shown on the mobile app and website booking.
Set if the package should be automatically applied to the invoice.
Add a sales commission if applicable.
Review and adjust the order of packages if needed.
To adjust the expiration date of a package on a pet's account, scroll down to packages and make the necessary changes.
Make sure to leave a note when adjusting the expiration date.
Purchase a package by selecting "Add Package" and completing the quick checkout process.

Double-check all details entered for accuracy before saving the package.
Ensure that expiration dates are set appropriately to avoid confusion for customers.
Be cautious when toggling the auto-renew feature to prevent customer misunderstandings.
