How To Set Up Group Classes

Accessing Service Configuration
- Go to Training Services under Settings.
Setting Up Group Class Setup
- Add a new session with details like name, pet type, training type (private or group), and scheduling options.
- Choose between private (fixed time slots) or group-based training.
- Specify manual or automatic approval for online requests.
- Decide on fixed class schedules, enrollment options, location, and minimum booking days.
- Toggle vaccine requirements and commission setup if needed.
Creating Sessions
- Add sessions within the setup with names, descriptions, class numbers, time slots, enrollment options, and restrictions.
- Set up staff assignments, area selections, and repeat session preferences.
Managing Areas for Group Classes
- Create areas where group classes will be held.
- Define units within each area with names, descriptions, maximum pet allowances, and crate numbers.
- Customize unit settings and colors for visual organization.
Implementing Agreements
- Create agreements for customers to sign before booking appointments.
- Specify agreement details, visibility, and applicability to individual pets or households.
- Ensure agreement completion by making it a requirement if needed.
Setting Pricing
- Activate pricing options and assign prices under each category.
- Include taxes as necessary for different areas.
