- Creating a Training Service Agreement
- Go to settings, training services, and select training service agreements.
- Click on add to create a new agreement.
- Provide a name and optional description visible to the customer.
- Activate the agreement when ready for the customer to sign.

- Choose whether the agreement applies per pet or per household.
- Differentiate agreements for various services if needed.
- Setting Mandates
- Toggle the mandate box to make customer signatures mandatory.
- Copy and paste agreement details from a Word document.
- Signature Process
- Customers sign by typing their name and digitally signing.
- No provision for initials or checkbox confirmation, only name and signature.
