How To Set Up Training Service Agreements

  1. Creating a Training Service Agreement
    • Go to settings, training services, and select training service agreements.
    • Click on add to create a new agreement.
    • Provide a name and optional description visible to the customer.
    • Activate the agreement when ready for the customer to sign.
  2. Customization Options
    • Choose whether the agreement applies per pet or per household.
    • Differentiate agreements for various services if needed.
  3. Setting Mandates
    • Toggle the mandate box to make customer signatures mandatory.
    • Copy and paste agreement details from a Word document.
  4. Signature Process
    • Customers sign by typing their name and digitally signing.
    • No provision for initials or checkbox confirmation, only name and signature.
