"Email Already Exist" Error When Adding Staff

When you are adding a staff member you will want to make sure that the email or phone number that you are entering is not already added into the system as a pet owner.

In this example, when I am adding a staff member I am getting an error of "Email already exists".



I then typed in this email in the main search bar and it brough me the pet owner profile that was attached. You can do a couple things to resolve this:

1. On this pet owner profile select the edit button and change the email and press save. This will send that pet owner an email that they will need to hit approve before it changes on their profile.
2. When entering in the staff member enter an email or phone number that is different from the one that is on the pet owner profile.
