Go to your RunLoyal Staff Portal
Note: All settings-related items must be updated on a desktop or laptop.
Open Settings:
Click "Settings"
Navigate to "Business Setup"
Click "Staff Management"
Click "Add Staff"
Personal Details
Enter First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number for the new staff member.
Click Save & Next to proceed.
Permission & Access
Permission: Select the appropriate permissions for the staff member:
Organization Admins (OA):
Create/manage Service and Pet Configurations for all locations
Can add/select configurations under different locations
Can create Location Admin users and assign to multiple locations
Location Admins:
Limited Access: Can select options defined by OAs and make changes for their location
View Only: Can see all settings but cannot make changes
Staff:
Access to everything except Settings and PawMetrics if mapped to default 'STAFF GROUP'
Can have customized permissions via a custom Staff Group
Assign the staff member to the relevant staff group.
Specify the locations the staff member can access.
Access Preferences: Check desired options, including Calendar and To-Do area:
Allow Staff App Access
Limit Access to Within or Near Facility (Geo-fencing)
Calendar and To-Do:
Show in Staffing Calendar and General Calendar
Show in To-Do
Display Only Their Own Calendar
Click Save & Next to proceed.
Service Related
- Maximum Pets per Day: Set the maximum pets the staff member can handle daily
- Slot Duration: Define duration of each service slot for the staff member
- Services: Select the services the staff member is authorized to perform
