Why Can I Not Create an Appointment for my Cat services?

In the system, services are setup separately per pet type. So, if you can boarding cats, dogs, and bunnies you would see three separate services for boarding.

To check your setup, go to settings>service configuration>you should see two similar services to the very left for boarding per pet type.





For my service that says "Boarding" I am going to check with pet type this is assigned to by selecting the edit icon to the right of the services (square icon with a pencil). On the next screen under the pet type it will be selecting on which type is assigned. You cannot select more than one per service. 



If you are not seeing a pet type that you need to book you will want to press the "add" button on this screen.


Select the pet type and name the service accordingly and go through the prompts of creating the service. I would recommend if you don't know how to fill in any of these questions go back to the main page and look at your other service with the current pet type and refer to that setup.  





If you are not seeing the pet type needed you will need to add the pet type first under settings>pet configuration>animal types>add type.
