Setting up Automatic Rewards and Loyalty Points

To setup rewards points go to settings>promotions>Rewards & Loyalty Points.

1. There are two ways to setup rewards points 

A. By $ Spend: This means that anything they buys (services, retail, packages, memberships) will count towards getting rewards points.
B.  By Type: This method you can select certain services, retail, packages, membership. The options that you choose here the customer will only earn rewards points if they buy that service.  

2. Setting up the points system.

Under the spend range enter the range of points that they will earn. For example, below my setup includes if the customer spends anywhere between $1-$500 they will earn 1 point for every $1 spent. If they spend anywhere between $500-$1,000 they will earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent. 

3. You can give an expiration date. If you set the expiration date to 90 days once the customer earns points they have 90 days to use those points or you can give them no expiration date. 

4. Setting up redemption rules. Here you will setup how many points the pet owner collects equals to what dollar value. For example, in the below setup if the customer earns 200 points they would get a $5 credit.

Once the pet owner acclimates credits these will automatically show on the invoice as a toggle to the right (will automatically be toggled if chosen the option for "auto renew" in the below setup.
