Overview
Pet Owner Requirements settings now allow businesses to control Food & Feeding, Medication Details, Card on File and Medical History independently for the Business Portal and the Pet Owner App/Client Portal. Businesses can choose whether each requirement is Off, Optional or Required separately for each portal.

Requirements
Open your portal using Google Chrome. All settings-related updates must be done on a desktop or laptop.
Before configuring Pet Owner Requirements, ensure you:
- Have access to the Business Portal.
- Have permission to access Service Configuration and edit.
- Know which guest information should be Off, Optional, or Required for each portal.
- Understand the information required for Food & Feeding, Medication Details, Card on File, and Medical History for the selected service.

Pet Owner Requirements
This article explains configuration of Pet Owner Requirements in Services Category which now allows businesses to control Food & Feeding, Medication Details, Card on File and Medical History independently for the Business Portal and the Pet Owner App/Client Portal
1. Open Service Configuration
Go to Settings > Business Setup > Service Configuration Click the Service Configuration.
2. Add or Edit Services Category
To add or edit a Services Category, click on the Add button or the edit pencil icon next to the existing category.
3. Basic Details
Define the basic details of the Services Category.
4. Booking Rules
Define the businesses booking rules.
5. Pet Owner Requirements
Define the Pet Owner requirements configuration as Off or Optional or Required in the Portal and Branded Mobile Apps.
6. Food & feeding info
Indicate whether the food and feeding information is Off or Optional or Required by making a selection here.
7. Food & feeding info
Select Off to disable this feature from being displayed in the portal or branded mobile apps.
8. Food & feeding info
Select Optional if this feature can be included as an optional feature in PORTAL or branded mobile apps.
9. Food & feeding info
Select Required if this feature must be enforced in the PORTAL or Branded mobile apps.
10. Medication details
Set the medication details as Off or Optional or Required by making a selection here for the Portal and Branded Mobile Apps.
11. Card on file
Set the card on file to Off or Optional or Required by making a selection here for the Portal and Branded Mobile Apps.
12. Medical history for each appointment
Set the medical history for each appointment as Off or Optional or Required by making a selection here for the Portal and Branded Mobile Apps.
