Setting up your terminal

CardPointe Terminal Setup

  • Plug in your terminal

    • The terminal may initially show a battery symbol. It needs a few minutes to charge before you can proceed.

    • The terminal might update once it turns on.

    • There may be a power button on the side of the terminal.

  • Connect to Wi-Fi

    • Ensure the terminal is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

  • Enter Registration Code

    • A registration code (8-digit number) is sent to your email.

    • Contact 404-999-3285 if you cannot locate the code.

  • Press Okay

    • If you need to go back to settings, press the four corners to exit Customer Mode.

  • Press Customer Mode

    • Tap the green button labeled "Customer Mode".

  • Terminal Ready

    • Once you see the white screen displaying CardPointe, the terminal is ready to test.
