Managing playgroup areas in RunLoyal software

RunLoyal – Setting Up Playgroup Areas

Note: Use a desktop or laptop for all settings-related tasks.

Click Settings in RunLoyal.
Click Operations.
Click Playgroups.
Click Playgroup Areas.

Creating a New Playgroup Area:

Click Create Playgroup Area.
Select New Playgroup Area.
Enter the name, e.g., Outdoor.
Enter the number of units, e.g., 5.
Click Create and then OK.

Mapping a Playgroup Area to an Existing Visual Map Area:

Click Create Playgroup Area.
Select Use the Same Name as an Existing Visual Map Area.
Click Select Visual Map Area.
Select the service, e.g., Boarding Service.
Click Select Unit/Play Area Name.
Click Create New Folder.
Select the unit/play area, e.g., TEST ROOM 1.
Click Create and then OK.
