Booking Multi-Pet Appointments in RunLoyal
After searching for the pet owner in the system:
Add Appointment:
Click on Add Appointment.
Select Pets:
Select all pets that apply from the left sidebar.
Check the specific pets (e.g., Tater – Akita Mix).
Select Services Individually:
Choose Select Individually for Each Pet if pets have different grooms or sizes.
Each pet will appear in separate tabs in the top left.
Select Service Type for Pet #1.
Select a date and time.
Assign Staff:
Click on Assign to select a staff member.
Click on the time block under the selected staff member and choose Assign.
Switch to the next pet's tab.
Select the Service Category for Pet #2.
Ensure Individually for Each Pet is selected if services differ.
Select groom type for Pet #2.
Finalize Appointment:
Click on Add Appointment at the top.
Click on Assign after assigning to a groomer with available times.
Click on Add Appointment to finalize.
Viewing Appointments in Calendar:
Calendar View:
Click on Calendar in the left sidebar.
Appointment will show under the groomer.
Canceling an Appointment:
Cancel Process:
Search for and open the Pet Profile.
Click on the three red dots.
Select Cancel Appointment.
Click Cancel Appointment to confirm.
