Creating and Assigning Curriculum/ Homework and Pet Owner's Perspective on Homework Responses

Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser. All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop.

Creating a Curriculum and Homework

Go to "Settings."
Click on "Training Services."
Click on "Training Services Curriculum / Homework."
Click on "Create Curriculum."
Type the lesson name (e.g., Introduction & Socialization) and a description.
Click on "Create."
Select "Yes" to add practice or "Later" to add it later.
Add all practices under the curriculum and click "Add" and "Update."

Adding Homework to the Curriculum
9. Add Homework: Click on "Add Homework."
Name Homework: Type the name of the homework.
Enable Media Upload: If you want pet owners to upload images or videos, toggle the "ON" switch.

Select Field Type:

Checkbox: Multiple options can be selected.
Radio: Only one option can be selected.
Text: Pet owners can provide detailed text responses.

Click on "Add" to add options for checkbox or radio field types.
Click on "Save & Add New" to add another homework assignment to the same curriculum.
Click on "Save & Close" to finish adding homework.
The curriculum with the added homework will now be visible in the list, you can see it by clicking on the dropdown.

Assign Homework to Classes
14. Click on "Assign to Class."
15. Navigate to "Training Services" → "Session" → "Classes." Select the desired classes to assign the curriculum/homework.
16. Click on "Assign."
17. The assigned classes will be displayed in the list.

Sending Homework to Pet Owners
18. Navigate to "Daily Training."
19. Choose the relevant training services from the left-side list.
20. Click on "Checkout" for the specific pet you want to send homework to.
21. Toggle ON "Attach Homework" and select the desired homework.
22. Click on Checkout.
23. The Green icon indicates that homework has not been sent.

Viewing Homework Sent or Not
24. Go to "Message Hub."
25. Find the chat with the specific pet owner. Look for a message with the "View homework" link, which will take the pet owner to the homework page.

Pet Owner's Perspective on Homework
26. Pet owners can view the session, class, lessons, practices, and homework on the homework page.
27. Pet owners can navigate to the homework section.
28. They can answer all the homework and can upload images/videos as per the homework settings.
29. Click on "Send" to submit the completed homework.

Checking Homework Status
30. Red icon: Homework has not been sent.
Yellow icon: Homework has been sent but not answered.
Green icon: Homework has been answered by the pet owner.
31. Click on the homework to view the pet owner’s responses and any uploaded media.
