Understanding Room Pricing and Adjusting Invoices in the Calendar View

  1. Introduction to Room Pricing in the Calendar View when changing rooms
    • When you have different pricing for services for the rooms they lodge in
    • The default view in the Calendar will show only occupied rooms
    • Filter option to view all open and booked rooms
  2. Moving Pets to Different Priced Rooms
    • Moving a pet from a one priced room to a different price room
    • You have options to move for a single day or current and future days
    • You will have the choice to update or not update the invoice when moving
  3. Setting Up Price Changes in the Back End
    • Accessing settings and navigating to the pricing tab
    • Ensuring pricing structure is by night
    • This is step one which will allow appointments to be moved to a different service in the calendar
