1. Accessing Pending Requests

   • Go to the review section on the left-hand sidebar.

   • View all pending requests.

   • Resend requests if needed.

2. Viewing Completed Reviews

   • Navigate to the review tab.

   • See star ratings from customers.

   • Share reviews to the web or Facebook.

3. Setting Up Review Requests

   • On the invoice page during checkout, click on "request review".

   • This triggers a review request to the customer.

4. Distinguishing Between Free and Paid Reviews

   • Free reviews are sent to Facebook.

   • Paid reviews can be directed to Google for better visibility.

   • Paid reviews can enhance your business's online presence and attract more customers.
