How to Add Pet Incidences: A Step-by-Step Guide
1. Accessing Pet Incidences
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand sidebar.
Select the Operations tab.
Click on Pet Incidences.
You will start by setting up your incidents by selecting Settings from the left sidebar > Operations tab > Pet Incidents adding the incident type
2. Creating Incident Types
Click on Add Incident Type to create a new incident type.
Enter the name of the incident type you want displayed.
From there you will have two steps. Step 1 is to create your incident headings for your staff to fill out the specific information that happened with a drop-down. (i.e.) "Bit Human" to select from the drop-down and then the staff would fill out the questions created in step two below)
3. Setting Up Incident Questions
Go to the Incident Questions section.
Click to create a new question.
Choose the format for the question:
Text: Open-ended response.
Radio Button: Yes/No question.
Checkbox: Confirm completion of the question.
Step 2 you will create your Incident Questions for your staff to fill out
5. Entering Pet Incidences on Pet's profile
Navigate to the pet's profile.
Click on the Notes section.
Access the Incident tab.
Click Add to enter a new incident.
Select the relevant incident type from the drop-down menu.
Fill in the required details:
Date and time of the incident.
Answer all provided questions, including text fields and radio buttons.
Provide explanations as needed based on radio button selections.
On Pets Profile go to the Note section of the Pets profile
6. Accessing Incidents via the Advanced Staffing Calendar
Under the Advanced Staffing Calendar, click on the pet's name.
Enter pet incidents under the Incidents section.
Use the same options to add incidents as previously outlined.
Under the Advanced Calendar on the left sidebar, you will click on the pet's profile select the incident section and add from there. This will also add directly to the pet's profile as well.
