If there is a credit that you want to remove you can do this by going to the pet owner profile>scroll until you see the credit section>select "Add Credit". 
In the $ amount field, using the negative symbol and enter in the amount you want to subtract. In this example, I typed -100>added a note>selecting save will remove the credit.
