Note: All settings-related items must be updated on a desktop or laptop using Google Chrome.
How to Set Up Cancellation and No-Show Fees for a Service
Go to Settings.
Click on Pricing.
Click on Price List.
Click on the Active price list.
Select the service category you want to set up Cancellation and No-Show fees for.
Click the edit icon for the specific service.
Enable the Appointment Cancellation Fee checkbox.
Choose the fee type: Percentage (Per Appointment) or Amount (Per Appointment) and enter the value.
Enable the No-Show Fee checkbox.
Choose the fee type: Percentage (Per Appointment) or Amount (Per Appointment) and enter the value.
Click Update to save the Cancellation and No-Show fees.
Applying Cancellations on an Appointment
Navigate to the appointment you wish to cancel and click the overflow menu.
Select Cancel Appointment from the list.
Enter the reason for cancellation and click the Cancel Appointment button.
Click View Invoice.
Verify that the Cancellation Fee has been added to the invoice.
Applying No-Show on an Appointment
Navigate to the appointment you wish to mark as a no-show and click the overflow menu.
Select Mark No-show from the list.
Enter the reason and click Yes to confirm.
Click View Invoice.
Verify that the No-Show Fee has been added to the invoice.
