How to Do a Hard Refresh

Here are the directions on how to do a hard refresh. This refreshes your screen to make sure you are on the updated version. 

1. Google Chrome on Windows - Hold down Ctrl, Shift, and click the 'R' key.(Entire screen should refresh.)
2. Google Chrome on Mac - Hold down Command, Shift and click the ‘R’ key. (Entire screen should refresh.)
3. Log out and log back in on a completely new google chrome browser after closing out of all browser windows
