To add in the hours that your employee are working go to settings>staffing calendar under the business setup tab.
If you do not see the staff member that you are looking for you will need to hit the button for "Show staff without schedule".
Next to the employee select the date that you are trying to update.
Use the drop downs to add in the start and end time of their hours. If the employee gets a lunch between 12-1pm select the "add" button under the block hour section between the times of 12-1pm.
If the employees schedule changes from week to week you will want to keep the toggle set as "only this week". If every Monday they work the same hours you will want to press the "This week and future" button.
You will then do this process for every day of the week that they are working.
Adding in an employee schedule does not have to be visible to the customer. If they are not set to perform any staff based service then these hours would be for internal use only.
