Managing Peak Days for Holidays in RunLoyal

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Click on Business Setup.

  3. Open the Business Hours section.

  4. Select the specific service for which you want to designate a holiday as a peak day.

  5. Locate the holiday date in the service calendar and click on it.

  6. Enable the Peak Day option to mark the holiday as a peak day.

  7. Click Apply to finalize and confirm the change.

  8. Verify: The holiday now appears purple in the service calendar, indicating it is a peak day.

⚠️ Important:

  • Setting a holiday as a peak day will apply the increased or decreased peak day rate for in-house customers.
  • It will also prevent any pick-ups or drop-offs on the holiday closure date.
