Setting Up Peak Days and Peak Day Pricing Rules

Setting Up Peak Days:

  1. Click on Settings.

  2. Click on Business Hours under the Business Setup tab.

  3. Click on the service category you would like to set up Peak Days for.

  4. Click on the date you would like to start the Peak Day (note: this must be a future date).

  5. Click on Peak Day (it will be highlighted in yellow) and select the date range. You can also include one day of the week, or use the Every button to repeat the peak day weekly.

  6. Select a date range.

  7. Click on Apply.

  8. All peak dates will now be highlighted in yellow.


Setting Up Peak Day Pricing Rules:
9. Go back to Settings.
10. Click on Pricing.
11. Click on Peak Days/Late/Early Drop Off…
12. Click on Add New Rule.
13. Select all applicable service categories and services you would like to apply the Peak Day pricing to.
14. Add a rule with the + button at the top right.
15. In the dropdown, click on Appointment Day.
16. Click on is.
17. Check Is a Peak Day.
18. Click on Add New Rule…
19. Select the price increase or decrease (percentage or amount).
20. Click on Add New Rule…
21. Check Auto apply in Invoice.
22. Click on Save.
23. You can toggle this rule on or off at any time.
